Content & communication
I plan, write and publish your blog, newsletter and social posts, so your clients keep hearing from you in your own voice while you get on with the work.
Stay top of mind
Clients choose the businesses they remember. With every inbox and feed this full, being remembered takes several things at once: the right channels, a steady rhythm and a voice people recognise. Miss one and you quietly slip from their minds.
Staying top of mind also means showing up where your clients already are - in their inbox, in their feed, on your own site - regularly, and sounding like yourself every time. One voice across every channel, so whatever they read, they know it’s you.
Blog posts
Planned around an SEO strategy, so each post answers what your clients are searching for, and written in your brand voice. I publish them on your site and keep the blog current, so it keeps bringing the right people to you.
Newsletter
I set up the tool and your contact list, write each issue and send it, so a steady note from you lands in their inbox without you opening the software once.
Social media
Posts written in your voice and published on a fixed schedule, so you’re in your clients’ feed every week, whether or not you had time to think about it.
Automations
The replies that should go out on their own: the answer to an enquiry, the welcome after a sign-up, the follow-up after a quote. Written in your voice and sent by what the client does, so nobody waits and nobody slips through.
How it works
01Listen and tune
We talk until I know how you sound: the words you use, the ones you’d never use, who you’re speaking to. Everything that goes out is checked against that, so it reads like you wrote it.
02Plan and schedule
Together we decide which channels, how often and what about, and what should happen on its own. You end up with a content plan you can see the whole year on.
03Set up and connect
I put the tools in place: your newsletter tool and contact list, the blog on your site, the posting schedule, and the automations built and tested, so you have one working system rather than five logins.
04Write and publish
I write it and put it out, on the schedule, month after month. The automations run in the background, and I check them along with everything else.
